[FWTools] gdal_translate tiff 2 HFA (erdas imagine)

If I remember correctly, The gdal version in FWTools 2.4.7 had a bug that 
produced corrupted HFA. This has been solved in GDAL 1.7.1, but FWTools 2.4.7 
was produced before that bug fix. You could switch to using OSGeo4W that has 
more recent GDAL versions
