[FWTools] Doubt related to OGR2OGR

Hello,

 I am trying to use the OGR2OGR tool in order to load data from KML into
Oracle Spatial.

 I got in trouble with:

 1.) I downloaded the ogr_OCI.dll.
      Where must i put it ?

 2.) Is there any other step after download the dll?
