[FWTools] cs2cs problem

I am really sorry Frank, this is entirely my fault.

I figured it out after installing two other versions from source.

My command strings are not identical. The difference is

Wrong one:

towgs84=43.82,-108.842,119.585,+1.455,-0.761,+0.737,+0.548

Right one

+towgs84=43.82,-108.842,-119.585,+1.455,-0.761,+0.737,+0.548


"119.585" has different sign... I lost it while cutting and pasting from 
the file..

Everything works right, thank you very much for great product!
