[Geotiff] NAD83 HARN

I am new to the geoTiff tools geotifcp and listgeo.  However, a couple of
days and it is starting to make sense.  I have run into a problem making a
geotiff with a projection that requires the NAD83 HARN datum.  
is there away to geo code a tif to use the NAD83 HARN?
