[Geotiff] RE: NAD83 HARN

Well... managed to geo code a tif file.. Below are the new tags/keys.. But
no where am I able to specify HARN. I know I am making a lot of mistakes,
and this obviously won't work since there is no key to tell the viewing
software (arcmap) to go look for the updated gps networks( hiHPGN.los and
hiHPGN.las) 
Is this a problem with the geotifcp.exe or is this a GeoTiff specification
problem? If I need to recompile and drop in this projection along with the
*.los and *.las files... I might be able to muddle through it.
