new geoPosition code cause 2 legend bugs:

1) legend obj height is still 150 px while it shoud be at least 130 px as subtraction of geoPosition 
height (30 px) as it is set in screen.css. Result is you'll not be able to see the complete legend if taller 
than 130 px.

2) after moving the cursor in the map and having coords shown inside geoPosition div the legend has a 
weird reaction. At least with mozilla, when you expand layers legends and try to go up and down to see 
images, you see strange horizontal lines up on images. quite strange...
changing legend height is not solving this second bug
