Tim, -m <mapfile> isn't working for me, it always generates all my maps :(

Also, I've modified tile.php to create a timestamp file and a version file in
the meta directory of the tiles to provide some simple versioning support.  I
think precache2.php needs to be updated but I am leary to do so myself :)
