kaXmlOverlay.js usage with MSIE fails on 'canvas.getContext('2d');' which does
not appear to be supported on this browser. May need to go the server-oriented
route for overlays. Need to support transparent objects one way or another. A
basic usage example may be to use ksQuery to draw a query object on the map and
then keep it displayed while panning and zooming.
