Hi List,
I was wondering if anyone has run into problems using IE 6.0 to access
Ka-Map. I am running into the following problems:
- broken images, especially every time in legend (as happens in Chameleon -
it's an IE bug AFAIK)
- number of requests rises to over 80 easily, and then sometimes it gets
stuck. Then I get php crashes on the server, and the server is stuck for a
few minutes.
- tiles that do not show up - IE seems to think they're already there. So I
end up with some empty tiles here and there (sometimes many). Turning layers
on and off seems to fix this.
None of these problems happen in Mozilla. Do they sound familiar to anyone,
and did anyone found a way to get around some of them?
I am using a Windows server (3.2Ghz, 1GB RAM, Apache, php_mapscript_46). My
tiles are 300x300, metatiles 4x4. I have 4 groups of layers.
Regards,
Jacob
