Paul,

This does appear to be a reload problem with IE in the
CVS version. After reload, the map shifts to a
different location which might be the map extent
problem, as you had mentioned previously.

A nice example of this issue is here, try loading and
then re-loading the ka-map:

Also, nice to see the ka-map listserv up and running
again :)
