[ka-Map-users] Keymap box disappearing after initial zoom

hi, if you zoom in far enough, it looks for images/Cross.gif (at least in
the version that i have). in the version i have, Cross.gif is not in
images/.
if that is the problem the fix is to find that in kaKeyMap.js and change the
image to something you have.
