[ka-Map-users] JavaScript Library

I am pretty new to this.  I have downloaded the zip file and integrated some of my .map files into the test application that comes in the distribution.  I am now looking to take the next step and intergrate some more intuitive queries that set the extents based on querying my PostGIS database.  I formerly usedf PHP mapscript for this.  I have seen some code that calls "new kaMap()" in JavaScript.  I didnt see anything in the distribution about this.  Is this a library I have to download seperately from somewhere?
