[ka-Map-users] Load only visible group!

Hi Andrea Cappugi,

	You've done good job, but there's a little problem with the legend bar:
	
	If you check off some layer(group) by the legend bars, then change zoom of the map, the layer(group) checked off will be shown even the status on the legend bar is checked off.

	My browser is IE 6.0.29 on WinXP,  and the same problem with FireFox 1.0 on WinXP.
