[ka-Map-users] recenter function

Hi Guillaume,

in the CVS version, there is a new function to zoom to some extents.  It 
would not be difficult to add a 'zoom to center and scale' function. I 
will probably add one soon since it is a pretty common thing to need to 
do in this type of environemnt.
