[ka-Map-users] squid proxy for cache engine

Actually, another possibility that I just thought of that I'm really
not sure how it would work, but could be really interesting if it did
would be to use the Coral Cache (http://wiki.coralcdn.org/wiki.php) to
cache the map requests.
