[ka-Map-users] version 0.1.1 available

Hi all,

there is an update to the ka-Map download package available from the 
ka-Map downloads page at:

http://ka-Map.maptools.org/index.phtml?page=downloads.html

This update includes the fixes necessary to operate at scales below 
1:20000 for most data sets as reported/discussed in bug 1038 on the 
maptools bugzilla.

It also resolves an issue with Opera, making the app at least functional.
