[ka-Map-users] Configuring Ka-map to use different .map files

the code that figures out the initial location to view the map at is not
particularly good since I haven't put a lot of effort into it yet.
If you figure out a way to change it to make it center the view on the
center of the extents, I'd really love to incorporate it.
