[ka-Map-users] Keymap problem

The keymap code needs you to define the keymap image and extents in  
your map file.

This may be a problem with the code finding the image defined in your  
map file.  The best way to troubleshoot this is to load that url  
directly in a browser and see if there are any errors being generated  
(could also be going into a log file?)
