[ka-Map-users] tiling order / priority?

in fact, what I have been intending to implement for some time is not  
loading groups that are not visible since they may never be needed.   
Ideally, however this gets done would at least prioritize loading  
based on visibility ... and optionally load hidden layers or not.

Not sure when I will get to this though :(
