Hi Paul,
I have made some minor bug fixing in last cvs version of kaKeymap.js.
We need to copy the image Cross.gif into the images dir of the cvs.
Also copy the file kaKeymap.js from
http://149.139.8.29/~rischio/regione/ka-map/htdocs/kaKeymap.js.

It seems is useful to use absolute path for reference image in map file to
view the keymap image.
