[ka-Map-users] limitting the pan area

hiro,

there is currently no way to limit panning of the map.  I have included 
a concept of 'maximum extents' in the _map object but it is currently 
not used.  I plan to add this feature in the next few weeks.

What is jsrsClient.js?
