[ka-Map-users] evaluating ka-Map

ka-Map is very much able to do these things (as per your exchange with 
Tyler) but I would caution against using it inappropriately.  ka-Map is 
designed to be optimized for having a static map in the background, not 
for dynamically changing maps.
