[ka-Map-users] metaBuffer

Eww.  Bad news.  Like your comments say, Paul, labelcache_map_edge_buffer is
4.6 and above.  The goodie that is packed w/ MapServer version 4.4.1.

That just plain STINKS for those of us who want to be lazy and use the
fwtools.
