Hi, folks:

I'm toying around w/ keeping my labels that are on the edges of tiles from
clipping.  Wouldn't my golden ticket be to adjust metaBuffer?  To increase
it, specifically?  I'm trying to do this now, and I'm getting strange
results.  Like the entire layer not rendering.

I just want to make sure that this is what this var. is for, and I also want
to make sure that this var. doesn't effect things like normal polygon lines.
I.e. my lines will still appear connected from tile to tile since they are
part of the same geometry.
