[ka-Map-users] drawingCanvas animation demo

I'm probably reinventing a wheel here, but the
recent posts about plotting prompted me to do
a simple tracking animation demo using zorn's 
wz_jsgraphics library to create, move and modify 
'div' plotting markers at run-time.  The demo 
and code are at (slow server, narrow pipe):

Comments, alternate approaches are welcome:
performance and scalability are obvious questions.
Pardon the coding style: it'll be clear that
javascript is not my native language...
