[ka-Map-users] Ka-Map Spatial Bookmark / Link to View

Paul et al,

As busy as I've been, I've had time to finish up the spatial 'bookmarking'
feature! I think it's pretty neat.

Included is a test link for this, lemme know if it works properly for
everyone (should display some orthos, a protected layers wms, and a jpl
wms).
