Ehud,
I'm using IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.blahblah
Basically, a standard version that comes with XP SP2.
Perhaps you can't reproduce it because your page loads faster. Some
issues only show up at lower speeds.
The behaviour is a bit odd, I think it's more to do with IE than with
your code. Then again, the whole PNG transparency problem is an IE
bug......
