[ka-Map-users] CVS update

so ka-Explorer is the new official interface.


default index.html has now the new interface.
the old one has been renamed as index_aqua.html, I'll try to pack all  
old files related to this interface in one single folder inside tools  
folder.


CVS repo has been updated.
