[ka-Map-users] kaExplorer improvements

I've added some changes to CVS

1) Map Info
added extents informations (don't know why...)
rounded all values (coords and extents)

2) Legend
some CSS changes

3) showContent ( url )
added a function to show large contents on the interface.
if you try clicking on INFO or HELP (top left) you'll see some  
contents got from an server page.
I've done something similar a long time ago but this seems cleaner to  
me.
