[ka-Map-users] OpenLayers 2.0-RC1 release

Thanks Chris, sounds like you guys have done some great work!  There  
are many features in the core API now that I would like to see in the  
core of ka-Map also so hopefully this will incent us to work on  
defining the merger (after FOSS4G I think)
