[ka-Map-users] gishosting.net

Has anyone set up a Ka-Map site on gishosting.net?  I am trying, but so far 
no success.  I keep getting an invalid extent error.  I am familiar with the 
extent / units issue documented on this list and elsewhere. 

Has anyone had success using other shared hosting sites?
