[ka-Map-users] scalebar update

All,

I've updated ka-map cvs with Tim's latest version of the scalebar  
which fixes an issue with big numbers.  I've also moved the code in  
cvs into a separate directory so its more obviously Tim's work rather  
than a core part of ka-map.  I will try to keep this directory  
synchronized with Tim's code.
