[ka-Map-users] bugfixes -> "zoom to" blue icons

I can't remember who asked for this, maybe Stephen, anyway I made "zoom 
to" blue icons dynamically arranged between a minimum and a maximum 
height.

as example:
It doesn't matter how many zoom levels you have, all of them will have 
an incremental height value (in pixels) between iMinHeight and 
iMaxHeight
at the moment the values are:
iMinHeight = 6 px
iMaxHeight = 20 px

everybody can change this value in the startUp.js file. function 
myMapInitialized

One fix for currentScale initial value. Now the red icon corresponds to 
the real currentScale in the initialize phase.
