Everybody is invited to contribute to the wiki.

cut&paste from the list to the wiki is not so difficult, everybody can 
do it. The wiki is open.

I'll be monitoring the wiki, as everybody has to do, to let the content 
be consistent. I'll not be the only one contributing otherwise I'll cut 
it off.
