[ka-Map-users] problem with cvs today

Hmmm, I already did do that. Something is flaky, because it suddenly 
started working without me changing anything, except 500K scale is being 
weird, sometimes it draws the tiles and sometimes it just hangs at 
99%cpu. I think I need to upgrade mapserver to 4.9 on this box and add 
my antialiased mapfile also. The box is also running apache2.
