[ka-Map-users] Creation of layer as per user's query.

Dear all

I am new with ka-map. Please give me an idea or sample
code to draw point feature stored in PostGIS according
to user's query creating new layer in mapfile
on-the-fly or overlay. For example, I have school
database and I want to draw the schools having
students greater than 500. 

Any help or idea will be highly appreciated.
