[ka-Map-users] IE freezing on iframe

Hi,
I cant figure out whats wrong,
my IE freezes when i try to access page that contains iframe tag
which points to standard kamap iframe.html file.

If I access iframe.html file first and then go to the page that has
iframe tag everything works fine.
firefox works just fine

also i cant get rid of ugly scroll bars under IE
