[ka-Map-users] Customization of ka-Map legend

I think it would be reasonable to have a set of global variables that
control this kind of thing and modify the individual controls to be
somewhat configurable. The legend control is one that can quite
easily be configurable in this case.
For the legend, this would entail adding a couple of attributes to
the constructor of the kaLegend class and using those to optionally
include or not include some of the controls.
I'll look at adding this to the cvs version
