[ka-Map-users] basic Q: creating a map on the fly

Hi,

I'm new to Ka-maps. I just successfully used the code to create a map using 
my data layers (I downloaded the ms4w package and just modified the map file 
to include my layers). The next step I'd like to work on is to use PHP 
Mapscript to generate the map dynamically -- i.e., I'd like to choose which 
layers to include and how to color them on the fly.  I know how to do this 
with just PHP Mapscript, but I'm not sure how to do it in concert with 
Ka-maps.  Should I replace ka-maps/htdocs/index.html with my own index.php?
