[ka-Map-users] problem in map with no layers initially visible

Joe,
I've never tested this particular combination so its likely a bug.
If you can track down a solution, I'd be happy to commit the fix to cvs.
Also, can you please file the issue in bugzilla (http://
bugzilla.maptools.org)
