[ka-Map-users] Map Orientation

Thanks. I'm looking into rotating the map, like Google Earth does.
Don't need to do the "tilt", but I would like to allow the user to
rotate the map based on the direction their headed (N,S,E,W).

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I don't think so unless  
you are talking about rotating it as the tiles are generated ...  
mapserver has a rotation capability that could be used but that is  
nothing specific to do with ka-Map
