[ka-Map-users] Map Orientation

I've only seen this implemented in SVG/Flash map clients. It is sort  
of "kewl", since the labels stay properly oriented while the map  
turns.  The implementation I saw also allowed the map to be "tilted"  
in 3D, an effect only useful for "kewl"ness, since the map itself was  
flat.
