[ka-Map-users] Question regarding tile.php

Hi,

Can someone explain to me what the hardcoded header value

header("Cache-Control: max-age=31536000, must-revalidate" );

is doing? Is this somehow forcing a redraw to occur and if so would there be an issue with removing it?
