[ka-Map-users] Legend not showing up

Hi guys,

I am using kamap for an application. I am almost there. However I am not 
able to view the legend. The definition is as follows in the map file:

   LEGEND
     STATUS ON
     IMAGECOLOR 255 255 255
     POSITION LL
     KEYSIZE 20 10
     KEYSPACING 5 5
     LABEL
       TYPE BITMAP
       SIZE MEDIUM
       OFFSET 0 0
       BUFFER 0
       MINDISTANCE -1
       MINFEATURESIZE -1
       COLOR 0 0 0
       SHADOWSIZE 4 4
       BACKGROUNDSHADOWSIZE 4 4
       PARTIALS FALSE
       FORCE FALSE
     END
     TEMPLATE "../htdocs/html-legend.html"



I have tried to disable template as well but the legend still does not 
show up. Any ideas what could be wrong? Oh and I am using kamaps-1.0.b1
