[ka-Map-users] precache.php and precache2.php

The different between the two is that precache.php generates URLs for  
tile.php while precache2.php embeds the logic of tile.php inline (no  
tile requests).

For this reason, only precache2.php needed to be changed with the  
cache directory structure update.
