[ka-Map-users] observation/suggestion regarding layers, tile generation and loading

I noticed that if I load a url as follows (notice only 2 layers requested)

http://www.localhost.com/index1.html?cps=-119.764999,37.2197,7500000&layers=layer1,layer5

ka-map still loads all the layers. This results in request to tile.php 
to generate all the layers which in turn delays the map 1. till all the 
layers are generated 2. due to loading time for all the layers.

If we can change ka-map to load only the layers required, it will speed 
up display of maps. Any thoughts?
