[ka-Map-users] default wheel zoom

Is there a reason the ka-map zoom wheel has been changed to be opposite from
most other web mapping application?  

When we first implemented wheel zoom, it zoomed in when you pushed the wheel
forward which matches virtual earth and google.  When it was converted to a
tool it was reversed.
