i met the same problem,and in config.php file,i change map path to absolute file path,print system works fine!

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am troubleshooting according to wiki. I will inform you the result this afternoon.  Another problem I am facing regarding Print. When I click Save button the following error message I am getting.
 
"Fatal error: Call to a member function selectOutputFormat() on a non-object in /var/www/html/kamap1/htdocs/tools/print/print_map.php on line 211". 
 
Please help solve the problem.
