[ka-Map-users] Ka-Map version

Paul,

Why not put the cs-id in kaMap.js like this:

var version = "$Id: $";

and then make it available via a method call. The method could also do 
some pre-parsing to grab just the version string or convert it into am 
int for easy comparison.
