[ka-Map-users] Bad file descriptor: core_output_filter: writing data to the network

Hi!

When using ka-Map (1.0) with Apache server (2.0.58), I get following
errors on Apache's error_log (debug mode):

Bad file descriptor: core_output_filter: writing data to the network

After that ka-Map does not work perfectly. For example, reloading
browser window (ka-Explorer) just show "Choose your kaMap" in drop down
box and nothing else. Reloading again does not help, only solution is
reloading Apache!

I found this

and set "EnableSendfile off" and "EnableMMAP off", but that did not help.

Any suggestion how to get rid of this problem?
